Volume Summaries
 | Futaba-kun's Perverted Pics!! This volume starts off with a pair of men, one who is extremely good at taking panty shots without girls knowing, and one who can identify the crotch of all the girls in the school. The one who can identify is a teacher, and the one who takes the pictures of the panties can do so from about 10 meters away ^_^; It switches to Futaba-chan, who is walking into school worried after the trouble with the Kojiro sisters at the end of the last volume, which she flashes back to, and is still depressed that Principal Hirouin's disguise passed off as her. A few feet away, Misaki's thoughts dwell on her manliness and Sheena. Of course, Misaki and Futaba-chan run into each other, and there's an awkward moment after both have had such embarassing thoughts. Then it switches back to the photography perverts, and the photographer takes the pictures of the girls walking by while the teacher marvels. The photographer then marvels at the teacher's ability to identify the pictures. It's revealed that they're selling the pictures to the other male students to make enough money to restart the Weekly Picture Magazine Club. In the classroom, Negiri is trying to find out why the Kojiro's were persuing Futaba-kun from Misaki and Futaba-chan. When they can't tell her and ask why she wants to know all the gossip, she says people pay good money for information, then lets them in on the panty shots with mysterious origins and taken without girls consent or knoweledge. She says girls are taking precautions by wearing cute panties ^_^ Futaba-chan goes to sit down and feels something abnormal on her butt. It switches to the photographer and the teacher. The photographer has developed a picture of a girl wearing boxer shorts, and is not pleased. It then switches to Futaba-chan who is in one of her special training rooms inspecting the boxers she accidentally wore. She changes out of them and sneaks out of the room, which happens to be just behind the backs of the photographer and the teacher who are inspecting the picture. The teacher confirms that the picture is of a girl and not of a guy dressed up as a girl, but he says he does not know who the girl is. The photographer, Hireiji, asks if the teacher, Hirumoto-sensei, if they are thinking of the same thing. Of course they are! It's a scoop! They can't proceed if they don't know who it is, though, so they put up posters around school asking if anyone knows who the picture is of. Mr. Hirumoto rips the poster we see down, angry at poor Hireiji. Then Hirumoto-sensei realizes the picture must be of Futaba-chan, because she's the only girl at school he knows nothing about. The pair, of course, proceeds with the story. Switching to Futaba-chan, she's walking around and notices that everyone's staring at her strangely. Suddenly, a guy approaches her and asks her to go out with him. Futaba-chan is confused and flattered and doesn't exactly know how to turn him down. Before she can say anything though, the man says he thinks they have something in common and reveals some elaborate women's lingerie underneath his school uniform. Futaba-chan throws him out the window, wondering where he got that idea. Just then, Misaki runs up and shows Futaba-chan the tabloid that shows the picture of her crotch that Hireiji took with an accompaning story about her (Motomura is quoted as saying that she was dressed as a man the first time he saw her ^_^;). Futaba-chan sees Hirumoto-sensei and Hireiji passing out the papers, and demands to know why they're slandering her. They shove a mic under her face and start to ask about crossdressing. Futaba-chan breaks down and cries, saying that they're horrible and that there's no proof that it's her in the picture. The crowd agrees and starts asking about the newly reformed tabloid magazine. They do a demonstration with an instant camera to convince the crowd. Just then, Mr. Strike comes up behind them and is rather angry about them selling the illegal crotch shots. He then ties weights to them and makes them run the track to teach them a lesson ^_^ The moral of the story: Futaba-chan learned how to use another effective weapon (the crying) in her female arsenal. |
 | Futaba-kun's Training Camp Frenzy!! The story opens with Negiri defeating Motomura, Takeru, and Chima at Mah Jong on the bus going to a wrestling training camp (school was called off because of the damage done by the Kojiros). But Negiri on a wrestling training trip? It turns out that neither Futaba nor Misaki knew how to play Mah Jong, so Negiri volunteered to go since she knew how, and Motomura claimed that playing was the most important part of the trip ^_^; Sabuyama-sensei overheard, and volunteered to go, saying that he couldn't let a school trip go unchaperoned -_-; Anyway, back on the bus Futaba-chan ponders why everyone wanted to come. Suddenly, Sabuyama-sensei comes storming up the aisle of the bus yelling for Futaba-kun and in a state of panic. Futaba-chan gets up and reassures him, and goes to the restroom and comes back as Futaba-kun, who Sabuyama-sensei then takes his time to fawn over ^_^ Futaba has to change back and forth a couple more times before they arrive at the site of the camp. They hike up to the lodge, but Futaba-chan is a little winded because the changing she had to do took a toll. She is a bit frightened when Motomura says it's time to get started, but is relieved when it seems he meant only a Mah Jong match. Relieved, he goes to sit in the hot spring bath. He hears Misaki-chan in the next bath over looking for Futaba-chan. He considers changing to bathe with her, but then decides that it's a bit too lecherous. However, much to his disbelief, Misaki mistakenly gets into the same bath as him, then runs away screaming when she realizes that it's Futaba-kun. Futaba inadvertently changes into a female with her lecherous thoughts as she thanks God for that opportunity ^_^; She gets a bit dizzy with the transformation, then decides she should probably go and reconcile with Misaki, hoping she didn't shock her. A little ways away, Misaki is angsting about exposing herself to Futaba-kun. Her thoughts are interrupted by Futaba-chan, who reassures her that she's the only one who's been in the bath, and that she'd freaked out in front of her and not Futaba-kun. Misaki is definitely relieved, then thinks back to her problems of turning into a man and how it hasn't occurred recently. She assumes the Onsen has cured that condition. She climbs out of the hot spring. The flash of her bare butt causes Futaba-chan to have a massive, ChimaX10 bleeding hemmorage ^_^; At dinner, both Shimeru are missed, and Motomura reveals he's lost quite a bit of money to Negiri in Mah Jong. Later, the wrestling team trio makes plans to sneak into the girl's room with the blessing of Sabuyama-sensei. Back in the girl's room, Misaki leaves to go to the restroom and Futaba-kun takes that opportunity to change into a guy and go to bed in their room. He runs into Misaki in the hallway, and he's so wiped out from training that he faints into her lap in a dead sleep after explaining he'd been training hard all day. It silhouettes out with Futaba's head in Misaki's lap ^_^ In the girl's room, the wrestling team trio is rather upset about the lack of girls. In the bath, Negiri is rather upset about the lack of ANYONE ^_^ |
 | Futaba-kun Lays an Egg!? Futaba-kun wakes up with an egg in his bed. After ticking off the options, he assumes he must have laid it. He realizes how dumb it is and talks himself out of it, but when he nearly drops it, he makes a daring dive to save it from the floor. He starts to ponder whether or not he really did lay the egg, after all he turns into a girl, it wouldn't be THAT far-fetched of an idea. He thinks back to a conversation where Futana asked about his "womanly days", and since he hasn't had any yet, he knows nothing about it. Futana simply defines it as ovulation, and Futaba hasn't given it much thought, so he assumes that he's a human being who lays eggs ^_^; He runs to tell his parents and Futana, but noone's home, so he ends up having to go to school, which has just recently completed construction by the Kurate corporation (kurate is noted as meaning "recieving a blow to the head" ^_^). Futaba ends up bringing the egg to school, not wanting to leave it by itself. He's running through the halls, a little late, when Takeru comes up behind him and knocks him to the floor. Luckily, he saves the egg from being crushed (it's down the front of his shirt). He stands up and starts yelling at Takeru, but stops himself before he reveals the egg story. As he continues down the hall, Chima and Motomura gang up with a simultaneous clothesline and slide kick out of nowhere. He successfuly jumps, flips, and avoids the moves as well as breaking the egg. Motomura says that he had something to tell Futaba-kun, but Futaba starts yelling at him about common curtesy and how there's easier ways to stop him. Motomura says that they're gonna have a post-training camp party at practice so that he can win back some of the money he lost as well as the wrestling team's equipment from Negiri ^_^ When Negiri recieves the invitation, she wonders why he wants to lose more money, but then Misaki walks up to her and asks why everyone's looking at her funny. It turns out Negiri had taken a picture of her and Futaba-kun sleeping in the hallway and posted it up for everyone to see. Misaki is rather miffed, but Negiri says that she shouldn't have slept with him in the hall until morning, and that she should be thankful to her for making Futaba and her an official couple ^_^ The boys in the class are really, REALLY upset. Negiri says that she didn't know that Misaki was so popular, and when Futaba walks in, he is immediately beat to a pulp by the angry mob of boys. Negiri points out to Misaki how all the guys are congratulating him ^_^ Despite the beating, Futaba is very proud of the fact that he has managed to save his egg from being crushed. The boys in the class, along with Sabuyama-sensei, are all very, VERY angry. Futaba goes home and immediately collapses in bed, very proud of the fact that he had been able to keep his egg safe despite all the physical abuse he'd recieved. At school the next day, Motomura asks Futaba-kun why he's been hugging his gut the past two days. When Futaba tries to deny that there's anything wrong, the Wrestling team trio gangs up on him and declothes him. They find nothing, but compliment him on being "frisky." Futaba-kun tells them that it had nothing to do with them as they run away, but then is thankful that the egg wound up in his underwear. Since the coast is clear, he sets the egg on the ground and then goes behind a tree to put his uniform back on. While he's changing, the egg vendor for lunch comes by, picks up his egg and throws it into a large cart brimful of others. Futaba-kun is shattered. He doesn't eat the hardboiled egg served with lunch that day ^_^; That night, he wakes up and pulls back his sheets to reveal Futana snacking under the covers at the foot of his bed, claiming her bed was too cold for that sort of thing. She comments that he seems pissy, and offers him another egg like the one she had given him the night before (... didn't he go to sleep and wake up for another day of school during the course of this chapter?). Futaba is not happy upon finding out the origins of the egg he thought he laid. |
 | Futaba-kun's Menstruation!!! The chapter starts out with Futaba-chan brushing her teeth and feeling strange. Futana sneaks up behind her and puts her hands down the front of Futaba-chan's shirt, telling her she has a great rack. Futana is told that she has her own to play with and to leave Futaba-chan's alone ^_^ Futaba-chan says not to bother her during a crisis, even though she's not exactly sure what the crisis is. Futana knows, but she strolls off without telling her. Later, Futaba-chan walks to school, still angry at Futana, and still worrying about her crisis. She comments that it's simply a funny feeling inside, and ponders for a bit when a man suddenly runs up to her, offers her flowers, and asks her to go out with him. Futaba-chan declines, then is quite frightened when she finds out he had stolen the flowers from a florist right behind her ^_^; She runs to school to get away from him, and ends up getting chased by a whole mob of guys to the gates. She's so sweaty and late by the time she gets to school that she decides to change. She realizes she's still a woman, and can't figure out why since she's not excited. She thinks it might have to do with the funny feeling she had, but she wonders what will happen if she can't turn back into a man. She showers, then goes to class late. All the guys, for whatever reason, take notice of her and converge around her seat ^_^ She ends up getting chased to every class by an ever-increasing group of guys. Negiri and Misaki watch the chaos, Misaki worried about Futaba-chan's stamina and Negiri wondering how to exploit the situation for profit. At lunch time, we find Futaba-chan passed out on the roof, exhausted. She catches her breath and climbs over to the edge, only to find Negiri selling memberships to the wrestling club to give all the guys a chance to wrestle Futaba-chan. Misaki's there too, although she's rather upset at Negiri and is trying to get her to stop. Futaba-chan storms up and tells Negiri that she has no right to tell all the guys they can wrestle her without Futaba-chan's permission. The guys mob Futaba-chan while she's talking, and Negiri says that she owes it to them since they're all fans. Futaba-chan flat out refuses to wrestle them and they all leave. She accuses Negiri of having no right to sell stuff like that, but then Negiri reveals that she's gained ownership of the club through Mah Jong wins ^_^ When she asks Motomura how much he lost at Mah Jong (enough for Negiri to manage the club for 300 years), she suddenly clutches her stomach and runs off, much to the concern of Misaki-chan. We join her in the restroom, where we find out that she's... er, bleeding. She doesn't understand or know what to do, and when she tells Misaki after she comes in and asks what's wrong, Misaki is rather pleased at Futaba-chan getting her first period and they go to visit Nurse Kojiro, who gives Futaba-chan pads and a new pair of underwear as well as explaining the technicalities of the period. They then have a discussion about how Futaba-chan's a late bloomer, which Futaba goes along with happily ^_^; For whatever reason, Nurse Kojiro then tells them about how they bury used pads in the desert to absorb the moisture and help plants grow (... not really. It was a really, REALLY random page). Futaba-chan leaves, thinking about how she's becoming more of a woman when all she wants is to go out with Misaki as a man. Of course, another massive group of guys starts chasing her right then. She makes it home, where her entire family is celebrating after Futana has told Mr. Shimeru about Futaba-chan having her period this morning. She said she could tell because the Shimeru clan produces enormous amounts of pheremones, which explains why the guys were all after Futaba-chan. They suggest that she take lots of showers, and then reveal that she can't turn into a man during her period. |
 | Futaba-chan, A Star is Born!! This chapter opens on Kahoru Iroka at a photo shoot with her manager telling her that he wants her daughter for her next project. He's rather insistent, so Kahoru shows up at Futaba-chan's school, much to the shock of Futaba-chan's classmates ^_^ Futaba-chan is rather anamant about not going into showbusiness, but Negiri says that as her manager she insists, and that her going into showbusiness under her supervision would pay off the Wrestling Club's debt to her ^_^; When Kahoru comments on the mess she's in, Futaba-chan yells at her. This offends her terribly and she jumps out the window. She's safe though, and tells Futaba-chan that she'll see her later as she flies away on a kite. Futaba-chan is still unsure, but Misaki-chan ends up talking her into it. Takane Hirouin gets wind of Futaba-chan's planned auditions, and not to be outdone, she decides that Futaba-chan will never be more popular than her. So then we go to Tokyo Great Land, which is a new amusement park that's having a contest for their image girl. Negiri insists that it's perfect exposure for Futaba-chan. Futaba-chan is very nervous (and wearing an ugly outfit, may I add >_<). Takane Hirouin, apparently entering the contest as well, walks up to her and makes a big dramatic show of telling her that she would beat Futaba-chan this time. As she triumphantly walks away, Futaba-chan turns to Negiri and asks who she was. Takane gets angry at first, but one of her henchmen points out that they have never actually met ^_^; Futaba-chan tells Negiri that she lacks the confidence to win, but Negiri reassures her by loudly announcing that she's the daughter of Kahoru Iroka. All the other girls hear her, and decide to sabotage her with materials they brought along for just such an occasion. When Futaba-chan and Negiri scurry off to the bathroom, the girls get to work. Misaki-chan comes in and asks Takane where Futaba-chan is, to which Takane replies, and I quote, "She's in the john." The best line in the entire series XD (I don't know why that amused me so much, but it did). She gives Takane a thermos to give to Futaba-chan, and after she leaves Takane drops a pill in. When Futaba-chan comes back out, she's pleased that Misaki gave her the drink, and just as she's about to take a sip, they call for the contestants to go backstage ^_^ She puts the tea down and goes for her shoes, which have many, many tacks inside. She simply thinks someone spilled a box of tacks and dumps them out, much to the anger of the several girls who put them in there. They go onstage, then afterwards are told to put on their swimsuits. Takane goes backstage and is pleased to see Futaba-chan staring at the empty thermos. She tells her about preparing for the swimsuit contest, then borrows her hairspray. It turns out that someone had switched it with glue, so the brush stuck in a tangle in her long ponytail. Takane cut her ponytail off and left very, VERY angry. Another girl comes out of the bathroom wondering aloud if she'd used the hairspray, but is perplexed when she finds someone else's hair on the vanity. She studies it, but quickly hides it from view when she hears an official tell her it was time for the swimsuit competition. The girl, Kara Kataki, proudly marches onto the stage, but is quickly embarrassed and infuriated when she finds that the large tangled mass of Takane's hair, complete with brush, is stuck to her crotch (quite a funny scene ^_^). When she tries to pull it off, she completely rips off her bottom, exposing herself to the crowd. Futaba-chan is rather upset when she finds that someone had completely destroyed her swimsuit, but makes due and turns it into a very attractive, skimpy bathing suit (one of the sides of the top was gone, so she glued her number badge directly to her boob ^_^;). The rest of the girls are really angry, then suddenly something comes over them. It flashes back to when they destroyed her bathing suit, and it turns out they all drank the laxative that Takane had prepared. The final scene of the contest is deleted due to its... graphic nature (the models couldn't hold it, apparently ^_^;), and Futaba-chan is the winner by default. |
 | Futaba-kun's Battle! The chapter opens with Futaba-chan standing embarrassed in front of one of her Greatland poster. Misaki is there as well, and convinces her she looks cool. She listens to the various people commenting on the poster, and finally decides that she feels happy about the poster. There's exchanges of appreciation between Futaba-chan and Misaki, and Futaba-chan angsts because everything she said applied to how she felt as a guy. They walk by a record store, where Futaba-chan recognizes a poster of Kara Kataki as the girl from the contest. With that, it goes to Kara herself, who is tearing apart her agency because she's so furious about Futaba-chan winning that contest rather than her (she wanted to debut as the image girl and a singer at the same time). She wants to crush Futaba-chan's agency and make her fail, but apparently there's nothing she can do to go up against the "Komatane High School Wrestling Team", which makes her even angrier ^_^ She goes to an interview after that, where she acts really, REALLY sugary sweet and innocent to the interviewer. She's infuriated when she finds out that her interview will be posponed because of the article on the new Greatland Image Girl ^_^; It then goes to Greatland itself, where we meet up with Kahoru's manager as well as Futaba-chan and Negiri for a movie/short shoot. A rollercoaster at Greatland is explained as a lifelike simulation of being a space pilot (er... being digested), and is apparently the focus of the movie/short. Kahoru Iroka is guest starring, as well as Chima, Takeru, and Motomura. There's a plot where Futaba-chan will have to fight the wrestling team (dressed as minions) and try and defeat Kahoru as the Evil Queen after riding the roller coaster in the movie/short, which turns out to be a movie/short that people will watch as a special stop on the ride ^_^ Futaba-chan will be rescuing an Elf Princess from the Evil Queen, who turns out to be Misaki dressed very cute. When they all walk off in a group to the filming site, Misaki is knocked out and dragged away, and Kara Kataki appears dressed in her costume ^_^ She also has a bag of dynamite, which she says is for giving them a little surprise. Kara hides on the ride which she accidentally causes to depart while Kahoru's manager and Futaba-chan are discussing what to do on the loading platform just outside of it. Kara is very freaked out by the effects on the ride, and finally ends up at the set of the shoot, where they're all upset because they can't find Misaki. When Kara gets off the ride, noone can tell who it is (the wrestling team members are wearing masks, and Kahoru is nearsighted), so they proceed as if it was Futaba-chan. The wrestling team beats up Kara according to their instructions for Futaba-chan, but realize that something's wrong when she doesn't fight back. They realize they'd beat up the hostage, and hide her off in the corner when they get word that Futaba-chan's coming in the next coaster. They proceed with the scene as planned, but when Futaba-chan goes to take out the minions, there's a series of explosions. At first she thinks this is planned, but when she realizes it's for real, she heads for the hills as the entire building explodes and is destroyed. When she's outside, she hears Motomura say that they left Misaki unconscious in the building, and Futaba-chan flips out, only to have Misaki standing right behind her. Futaba-chan hugs her and tells her how happy she is that Misaki's alive. Misaki has to explain how someone knocked her out before she entered the set, which leaves Motomura wondering who they beat up. Kara exits wrapped like a mummy on the back of her manager, swearing revenge ^_^ |
